BLOOM365 Peer Advocate Council brings together young people from across the globe to organize, train, and lead campaigns to change the social norms that allow violence to continue.
The 10% idea
Research on social tipping points suggests that when 10% of a population holds a committed belief, the broader culture starts to shift. We don't need everyone. We need a critical mass of young people willing to model a different way of being together.
Led by young people, for young people
Adults can support the work, but young people set the direction. Every initiative, campaign, and conversation is designed and led by peers because young people deserve a seat at the table where decisions about our future are being made.
