BLOOM365 Peer Advocate Council brings together young people from across the globe to organize, train, and lead campaigns to change the social norms that allow violence to continue.

The 10% Strategy
Grounded in social tipping point research, the PAC operates on the principle that when 10% of a school or community population holds a committed belief and models healthy behaviors, broader cultural norms begin to shift. Activating just 10% of a campus creates the critical mass necessary to dismantle the normalization of violence.
Youth leadership
Adults can support the work, but young people set the direction. Every initiative, campaign, and conversation is designed and led by peers because young people deserve a seat at the table where decisions about our future are being made.
